We can administer oxygen you provide but do not supply tanks or medical devices. If your passenger has additional care needs, we’ll coordinate with your medical team to ensure safety and comfort.

How far in advance should transportation be scheduled?

We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially for stretcher or long-distance trips. That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent needs because life doesn’t always give notice.

What happens after I book?
