Ambulatory Transport

Starting @$85+ $2.50/mile fee

Express Med provides reliable ambulatory non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for individuals who can walk independently or with minimal assistance.

Wheelchair Transport

Starting @$125+ $5/mile fee

Express Med offers safe and reliable wheelchair transportation for individuals with mobility challenges who require assistance traveling to medical appointments, rehabilitation sessions, dialysis treatments, hospital discharges, and more. Our vehicles are equipped with ADA-compliant wheelchair lifts and securement systems to ensure a smooth and comfortable ride.

Stretcher/Gurney Transport

Starting @$450+ $7.50/mile fee

Express Med provides specialized stretcher/gurney transportation for individuals who are non-ambulatory, bed-bound, or require transport while lying down. Our vehicles are equipped with secure medical-grade stretchers, safety restraints, and professional attendants to ensure a safe, stable, and comfortable ride. We cater to hospital discharges, dialysis appointments, hospice care, and other non-emergency medical needs, delivering compassionate, door-to-door service throughout the Greater Charlotte metro area.
